The MP2B bird repeller offers dual deterrent features, using high frequency or ultrasonic sound to cause auditory irritation and a strobe lamp that flashes randomly for brief intervals adding a visual deterrent. With such very sharp eyesight, the bright flash can cause momentary blindness creating a feeling of vulnerability in birds.

An integrated daylight sensor can be set to switch off the sound & strobe through the hours of darkness, other settings are - on only during dark and continuous operation.

The MP2B is suitable for simple installations where the repeller has an unobstructed line of sight of the birds, this is necessary as ultrasonic sound will not penetrate any objects in the path.

Effective for up to 50ft (15m) in front of the speaker.

Designed for outdoors or indoors, the MP2B is supplied with a mounting bracket allowing it to be mounted and aimed accurately towards the birds or the area to be protected.

A 10m ingress protected power cable offers adequate length to reach a suitable power supply under cover.

The MP2B is supplied with a mains adapter or battery connections for situations where a mains supply is not available.

If using a battery to power the repeller, then use a 12V car or leisure type, either will work but leisure batteries are more suited to this kind of use, and whilst any size of battery will work, consider using a 50ah or greater capacity, this is particularly important if using a solar charger.
