Multi-speaker bird deterrent system

The MPS is a multi speaker bird repeller system using ultrasonic sound to cause discomfort to birds, encouraging them to move away from the area.

The system can be configured with up to 4 speakers, having separate speakers makes it easier to mount them to protect awkwardly shaped or obstructed areas which may not be possible with the single box, fixed speaker MP3B repeller.

Each speaker is fitted with a mounting bracket to allow accurate aiming and a 10m lead which plugs into the MPS control box.

Effective up to 50ft (15m) from the front of the speaker where no obstructions are present, this is important as ultrasonic sound is not able to penetrate any object in the way.

The unit is supplied with a mains adapter or 12V battery connection for situations where a mains supply is not available.

If using a battery to power the repeller, then use a 12V car or leisure type, either will work but leisure batteries are more suited to this kind of use, and whilst any size of battery will work, consider using a 50ah or greater capacity, this is particularly important if using a solar charger.
